Hi Fabian V,
Why not do a bit of DIY! Buy some space / hosting with support for PHP and MYSQL [Database Support ]. Then design your site using a FREE CMS 'app' [ CMS=Content Management System ]. There are alot of CMS 'apps' out there in open source land. The simplest I have found to date is MAMBO:
http://www.mamboserver.com
http://mamboforge.net/frs/?group_id=5
The CMS files are uploaded to your server space and the site is designed and dynamically updated via any browser once you have admin rights to the backend [ you set this up ]. All the updates and dynamic content is run on top of a database. You can give other users limited admin rights to share the update job. Most of the CMS 'programs' have preset Templates that you can download and build your site around. With a bit more work you can build your own:
http://allmambo.com/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=13&Itemid=2&limit=1&limitstart=0
For your ecommerce requirements go here:
http://www.mambo-phpshop.net/
Mambo-phpShop is the leading FREE Online-Shop solution for Mambo.
Again I stress, all this is IN MY OPINION - others may have found other CMS 'apps' easier / better for the novice OR may say 'Hey this guy wants a solution from someone else, stop bothering him' - but I believe in the power of DIY in this case. OF COURSE I am assuming you have the time and interest to try this yourself, if not I apologise for this assumption. But if you do go about things this way, the whole system is under YOUR CONTROL and no one else. Some companys pay 1000s - even 10s of 1000s for a CMS Solution like www.emojo.com (http://www.emojo.com) - both install and maintenance ... but up to you!
Needless to say I am at about your stage - learning mambo, but converting an existing static site over to CMS. Best way to get clued in :)
Cheers
Aidan
