I agree with Balr0g (http://member.php?u=170081), to much noise, and the background looks jaggy.
the red bull looks great though=)

yep too much grain on this one...
i think that placing the can opener completely perpendicular to the logo makes it look irreal... a little random angle wouldnt been better

yeah I gotta go with the concensus here. Too much noise, and I don't think the water droplets work all that well either. They kind of look like the can has been shoot with a bb gun. Otherwise, good job.

The texture on the can is great infact the can is fantastic, but the grain is much too much. I say get rid of the grain the background looks messy and wrong, just put it on black if you haven't got anything better.
The droplets look fake because they are all the same and have no trails. They aren't enhancing the image, you need more of them to make more of a dewie coat or your can would look much better without them.
Your platform is also A bit plain, plus you can see the lack of geometry in it with it's blocky edges. Try for a clear plastic stand or something with high reflections to add interest from the can and high refraction.
Sorry if this is blunt, but you have a first rate image there behind a few little things that need to be fixed. And then again it's only my opinion.
cheers
