If its just for general Maya then www.3dbuzz.com (http://www.3dbuzz.com) and www.theanimator.co.uk (http://www.theanimator.co.uk) and some free stuff from www.digital-tutors.com (http://www.digital-tutors.com) should help..
but if its char anim specific.. none beats keithlango.com as ryan said.. You could get some cool advice from comet-cartoons.com also...
