Okay, this is one of my first digital paintings, I've done a couple others, but none I'm really proud of.
Let's see.. I started this picture about 2 days ago but haven't really been working on it much so it's not very far. I need advice on where it should go, I don't really have any ideas for background or lighting or really anything at all.

Before you comment on the nose and lip, I was born with a cleft lip and haven't finished my surgery yet, so that's pretty much what it looks like.
Any comments or ideas are appreciated!
