Could someone do me a big favor that already has ver.8. could I send a DXF file and get it tranlated into a STL file. I'm down loading the Demo as we speak. This is like a very cool feature if it works and is true. The Rhino Users group was all thrilled that 3Dmax offered this. So i am very curious how well this is going to work in Rhino....

I've used .stl import and it works fine, but I haven't tried export yet. I was quite pleasantly surprised to see this addition.

Thanks Adam, I'll do that this weekend. It's actually kind of a big deal where you starting to see programs dedicated to 3d moving into Cad/Cam. very cool stuff..

stereolithography right? Its one of those things that are amazing when you first see them! Fascinating technology.
