View Full Version : Keep losing script
RPG2006 11-01-2002, 04:13 AM A quick question.
How do I avoid having to run my script and configure the hotkey every time I boot up Max?
Saving the UI and the assigned hotkey doesn't make any difference
Thanks ahead

* place ze script in a plugins-folder, ie. "plugins", or any folder you've created that has been added to the plugins-path.
-or-
* place it in "scripts\startup"
This way your script will be run automagically every time MAX starts.
If it's a .ms file that is. A Macroscript (.mcr), I belive, have to be placed under "UI\Macroscripts". Note that you can place it in subfolders there as well, ie. "UI\Macroscripts\Extra\".
