Here is my first model that I'v made in Zbrush.
Unfortunately I've lost my original Zbrush files so i will not be able to finish texturing it :( Oh well, i will model something better next time anyway.
P.S To finish it up i've used Mental Ray in MAYA.

Take a look and let me know what you think.

it looks nice.. i like the very very fine skin detail u put in it
