Im trying to practise on female proportion.
As you can see im not very good at it.
The most difficult part for me is the side view and the bending down posture.

I will be very glad if anyone who give me some useful tips or tutorial to guide me.

Well despite what you say, you are quite good at drawing feminita's. There is no substitute for practice, so it looks like you're going to right way if you're looking for improvement. But I've noticed a couple of incongruencies regarding their anatomy. It seems that you understand how longa thigh should be for instance, but in a more difficult pose you seem to have trouble keeping that thigh a proper length. It's hard but you almost have to imagine that thigh in 3D space, because you know how long it is, how long would it be from the angle you're viewing it from? When I get stuck on somethings anatomy, I try to rotate it 360 degrees in my minds eye, and sometimes that helps.

Ok thanx.

I wonder do any one ever use the wooden figures, which i personally dont like them as they are way too much error in proportion.

And im not very sure of how the body should bend in the bending down to pick stuff up pose
