We've just recently completed principal photography on our short "Postcards From The Future" and we are starting to gear up for the massive postproduction effort in the next few months. Am looking for a small army of expert 3D artists, compositors, and a few CGI production designers.

A brief synopsis of what we're doing is here:

Principal photography was executed using a prototype 4K digital film camera. As a result, our live-action plates and therefore our final output will be at 4K 1.85 at high dynamic range. Yessir, this project will challenge you in ways you've never imagined.

We are currently ramping up post and vfx, so here is the current schedule:

i) I am first and foremost looking for good conceptual CGI designers to help shape our future world

ii) In a few weeks I will be needing 3D modelers to convert the conceptual art into ship and set models. Lightwave preferred since the current project structure is LW, but other platform options are open as well.

iii) In a month or two (after the edit is locked and plates become available) I will need compositors with experience pulling greenscreen mattes. The upside is that the digital plates have negligible grain, minimal dustbusting and no frame jitter. Am looking for compositors interested in testdriving the future of dcinema.

If you are interested, please email me at mahalobay@gmail.com</a> . I seem to be extremely busy with editorial and a thousand other tasks at the moment, so please be patient if you don't get a response right away. Thanks!
