Great modeling job, I really love cars and old one have something special about them, Your paint material could use some work, or it maybe the lack of scene, they seem a little to strong in some area. You have some MAD modeling skills keep at it.

Thank you :)
Materials are a weak spot for me, gonna pay some further attention in that area I think. Glad you like the car, Im a big car lover too ... and love the bit older ones.

Excellent work !! :bounce:
Nice to see a vintage car for a change instead of another Audi TT ;)
One question/crit though. The roofline, is that supposed to be somewhat more square than the rest of the car ?

Thanks for the positive response !
I think the roofline should be a bit smoother than what I managed to get it ... but I think one gets a bit fooled by the door .. since its "upper part" is very square (on the real thing). But I should try and smooth the roof some.
Nice job spotting that

roof is too flat, it would vibrate(sp) when the car is moving.

Looks great!
You should incorporate more of an interior and tweak for a more consistent specular highlight. The rear half of the car shines differently then the front section.
Otherwise... awesome!
How many polys? Wire?

I like your model :) The one area I think you could improve though is the scene. Photographing cars is a daunting task even for experienced photographers, mostly because you need to think of setting up your reflections and lights in fucntion of the specific car you're working on. Try to accent the cars prominent features with your setup and try to hide any flaws inherent to the car's design. Think of what you like and dislike about the car and then think how you're going to highlight what you like and present it in an interesting fashion. For example, if you like the cars large hood then a more sideways angle could work, otherwise, a more frontal shot could make this feature less prominent. Try to "paint" a horizon on the car to show off it's lines. And try to make the paint shine in certain areas so the paint job doesn't seem dull, and that could be more a function of a lighting setup than a surface job. Keep at it :) It'll only get better in time. Look at cars photos, there's no perfect setup in which you can stick any car and have it look cool. Each car is different and must be presented in a different manner :) Hope it all helps.
