View Full Version : Looking for Training DVDs for Character Modeling / Animation

Hi everybody!
I`m looking for some Training DVDs for Cinema4D.
I want to go into Character-Animation more and i would just love to use some training DVDs which show how to model, rigg and animate a Character with Cinema4D (8 or 9) and Mocca.
Does any one know where i could buy a DVD like that? Because at gnomonworkshop, its all about maya... :-(

Thanks for the link.
I already heard of this one... but not only good... somebody told me that the authoring is bad, its not possible to stop the DVD, ect.
So thats why i`m looking for other DVDs... i hope there is more...

I don´t think you´ll have much luck then.

I have the cgartist dvd, basically it's ok but unfortunately it doesn't cover any xpresso for the rig.
That one from the maxonshop looks interesting though, never heard anything about it either,

It is a maxon product, it is the second volume. I remembwer Rafi calling around to sell the first volume, but not the second- at least I didn't receive any hype from Maxon about it.

I hope it is good, the price ain't bad.

I guess they´re only released in the US then.
Well, in my case, I need the "Srek: All you ever wanted to know about Expresso and beyond" dvd and not a modeling title. But some more information would be nice all the same.
