Quadro FX 4400 vs. 2 QFX 3400

My problem is I do a lot of work in 3dsm, ps and other various standard multimedia programs. But, I'm also a pretty hardcore gamer. What would any advantages or disatvanges be of having 2 quadro fx's 3400's running vs. a single quadro fx 4400?
