is there a way to add weight maps into an already saved scene? i've been following this tutorial but he skipped around and didn't say how! thanks for any help!
also, actually, is there a way to import more skelegons in LW from modeler instead of making bones in layout?

well i sortof know what i did wrong meaning i have to start all over. however, i somehow managed to create TWO COPIES of the skelegon rig!! how can i delete those two extras? or does it not really matter?

You'll probably get more feedback in the LW threads...

weihghtmaps are saved in the object. ou can add, delete and edit them at any time. Just remember to save your object (not just your scene). To delete skelegons, select them and delete (in modeller). Once a skelegon has been converted in Layout it's a bone - the modeler skelegons can be re-imported and re-converted but you can't go back. Kind of inflexible, which is one reason I prefer messiah for character aniamtion...
