Just what do you need help with?
I think you have a wonderful start. The head, emm, love it. I personally think the lips are to thick but thats just me it works great for this guy. He really could use more then two toes though. He would have a hard time balancing and moving with just the 2 on each foot. His tail might need to be a little longer for the balance as well, that is if you plan on adding membranes to the arms, wings. Its hard to judge on the arms/wings without being able to see the whole thing. Like I said this is beginning to be a great model what are you looking for with help?

I must agree with the above post. The modelling looks great, well proportioned with lots of detail (this really should be in the WIP section though) its difficult to see the model terribly clearly from that angle too with that much persepective in it.
What exactly do you want help/comments on?

I love the head even more after seeing the close up. After looking at image dragon2 and dragon5 his finger halfway down the arm/wing looks out of proportion (mainly to long) then the rest of him. I actually like the idea of having this guy moving around like a bat. But doing so he would need a little beefier joint where that finger is to support him. The only other thing I have to say could easily become null and mute once you texture him. But from the other views you have added in wonderful detail with the veins. The only problem is ones like on the back of his legs they just pop up and then goes back down. In this flat shade it looks wierd but once textured, if thats taken into account, could work very nicely.
