CGTalk - 4 512memories or 2 1024memories?

Hi, I want to buy some new memories.

Is there any diference in performance betwen using 4 memories 512 in 4 slots and 2 memories 1024 in 2 slots? I probably will not use more memory than this.

Yes 4 sticks only run at 2T, 2 sticks run at 1T. Its about a 3% difference in speed.
