1 and 4:
Right click "My Computer" and click on properties. The window that comes up will tell you this information.

Both 2s are a little more burried.
The first 2:
Right click any empty space on your desktop and hit properties. After clicking properties a windows should pop up with a few tabs across the top. Click on settings. There will be a box labled "Display:" and it should have the card that is installed.

The second 2:
There are a few ways really. The first is to go into device manager and see what is listed. The second, is to just open the case up and read the lable off the motherboard.. or the third is to go pick up a diagnostic software that will inspect the system and report to you what is in it (this will work for everything you listed).

Of cource if you got the Nforce4, then the drivers for the board should be fairly visible. There should be an icon on the system tray that says something about the driver settings and nvidia firewall.
