Sorry for the odd title...

Anyway, here's my trouble:

I'm running Maya 6.5. I created a lot of .jpgs in Corel Painted IX and sent them over to my PC that has Maya on it. I kept them on the desktop.

In my scene, I textured all of my items with the pictures I had saved to the desktop. The end result came out just how I wanted.

However, I ended up moving those image files off of my desktop and into a different folder. The next time I opened up the maya scene, everything was white and couldn't find the specified texture.

Basically, this means that Maya needs a direct file path to where that file sleeps. Since I changed the file path on the computer and not in Maya, it can't find the file.

Is there an easy way to be able to move each of the image files off of my desktop and into a different folder without losing the texture in maya or having to reload the textures?

Thanks for looking.
