I don't know of any way to cycle through brushes - but you can adjust the size of the brush with the '[' and ']' keys (maybe different on a PC - i use Mac)

You can use the . and , to cycle through brushes. Maybe if you set up custom brushes (each rotated +10%) you could just cycle through that way.

There is a way to do what you need. At least in PS CS2. In your brushes palette there is a menu option called "Shape Dynamics". In that option there is an "angle jitter" and you can control it with your mouse, your mouse scroll via the percentage or with your stylus (if you are using a tablet). Once you select the option you need you can save that brush or the preset of the brush.

Hope that helps.
