View Full Version : NOOB Problem with Cosman Tutorial..

I had a problem with the foot expression tutorial . I went thru the whole tutorial and did the expression and the foot twisted around when I finished the expression. I was wondering what I'am doing wrong and to see if anybody else had the same problem..

DTOR*180, is the only thing that seem to fix it. I tried the -(2/pi), but that did not seem to work..What is DTOR anyways? Dumb me..

This problem has been covered a number of times on this list. I'm only saying that, because I don't have that scene in front of me. According to Joe this problem occurs when you "accidentally" rotate the foot away from 0deg Horiz in setup. As long as you keep it un-rotated, it doesn't twist back up. I can confirm this. But everyone does a little rotation, because the way Joe sets it up it doesn't really align with the foot very well. And when you do that little rotation correction you're actually messing up his setup.

HOWEVER... there is a simple expression (that I used) that will fix the whole thing. But I don't have that expression in front of me. Search the list, and you'll find it eventually.
