I've been playing around with soft_fx, trying to setup a bouncing ball so it will allow me to do changes at any time. I've added to the ball the hard and soft fx, and to the plane, the collision and applied -9.81 gravity to hard_fx. however, when ball hits the ground, it doesn't deforms, 'cause hard_fx prevents it to do so. so, I clone the plane, another collision, and in the hard_fx, i set it up to Exclusive Collision with the second plane, which I move below the first one, while in the Soft_fx, I set Exclusive collision with the first plane. In this way, the ball hits the second plane, and deforms accordingly to the first plane. Is it too complicated?? maybe there's an easier way to do it? Scenes and object are below.
