Hi.. I'm trying to work out how to get colour to bleed through the panels of a spaceship, almost as if the hull is being painted on, I wondered if it would be possible for blender to do this.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me :)

k, like... say you have a white sheet right? and then you want teh color to kinda run across it. is that correct?.

i hope it is. cuz thats what i'll explain.

get one texture that you want the leading edge of the color fade to look like. then in the texture options, and select the option that allows you to displace it. and basically you just set IPO keys and you can play around from there.

im leaving you with alot of problem solving to do. but ya know. im hoping it'll help you

cheers
