Hi, i have been using my Dual PIII 1GHZ without a problem, until 3 days ago when everything suddently turn off. It happend when i un-plug my camera cable from the usb port. When i try to restart, there is no display, only the fans in the casing (cpu fan, display card fan, and power supply fan) were spining.
The spec are as follow :
RAM - 2GB SDRAM
Display - AGP 4x Abit GF4 TI4600
Abit VP6 MOBO.
I use mainly 3DSMAX 6.0
I was thinking, in worst case if the mobo is damage, should move on and buy a new system, or just replace the mobo. I have been ask around the hardware shop there are no longer exist Socket 370 PIII mobo, not to mention dual PIII. Should i just take out 1 processor and find a single processor mobo, anduse it while i save more money for new system. Currently i only have budget of USD700.00
Any advise is much appreciated.
