View Full Version : Shrinking Animation files
HomerJSimpson 08-02-2005, 12:47 PM hey all
I made a quick 20 second animation (although the size of it its like 720 x 400 or so) Took 2 days to render. Big mistake, but its done.
Anyway its 600 MB, is it possible to shrink the file size?
Thanks

Yep!
You can pick up things that shrink the file sizes, with some loss in quality, but they are awesome if you wanna display them online etc. I think sorenson squeeze is pretty good (word of mouth), and if you have Quicktime Pro I think that has the option too.
If you do a search on Google for video-compression software it should come up with a heap of stuff, free, and not free!
Hope that helps some
