I am the project leader for Weapons Factory: Revolution and we are looking for a character modeler for our team. We have excellent concept art and a professional animator but we need someone to create the characters themselves. Lots of low-poly guys out there but finding someone capable of doing high-poly next-gen work is turning out to be a huge challenge.

The Weapons Factory franchise of games is going on its 3rd engine with very successful projects in Quake 2 and Quake 3 Arena. We are well led (if I do say so myself!) with a solid history of quality, well-received releases.

Weapons Factory:Revolution is a team fortress style team-based, class-based, capture the flag game that will be released for Quake 4. The general theme is post-apocalyptic science-fiction but you can see some faint fantasy influences to help increase the aged feel of the costuming (buckles, laces, and straps.)
