Just a bit of practice modeling

Found a nice big photo of a P90 submachine gun so thought I'd have a quick attempt.

Modeled in Max 7.5
Mostly Editable poly
about 1.5 - 2 hours so far

I'm fairly happy with how its going :)

any one have any good reference pics or know of any good sites>?

normal issues? anything specific to point out? ... It's a work in progress so there are a couple of pieces that are just stand ins.

I'm agreeing with Clay...hey clay... the edges seem "soft" in places where they should be "hard". In Maya you would use a Soften/Harden edges- I don't know what to do in Max. THe issue is that the front of your gun is missing the edge that would define it, and some of the interior poly edges are looking a bit blocky- the illusion of softening Normals that is ussually employed for smooth surfaces is missing.

Maybe a Max user can explain this better in Max terms?

BTW- I love the pink gun- I know that isn't the real model- but how funny is that?
