I know, these lines suck. I have a big problem to draw lines and things exactly with the tablet. Everything is askew and skew... :( If anybody has some tips for me, please raise your voice! Thanks!

Kinda hard topic for me, still you came up with some cool ideas here as usual.
MichaelMotion: The facial expression of that guy is just to great
ravioli_rancher: haha seems like that programmer is having some trouble with his machine. Great look, probably through that texturing trick ;)
Zeitwolf: Weeh! Cool idea, why didnt I come up with that? :D
Here is mine, I thought "stone age computer" Is just a question of perspective.

Hi Everyone,
This is my second digital image ever. The DSG is the perfect set up for me to learn how to use imaging software and to get back into drawing after 3 years off. My first one, yesterday, was in black and white. I decided to give color a shot. There are a ton of problems but it was a lot of fun to do.
I call it "The Invention of Binary"
It took me 3 hours in Painter 9, I hope to speed up soon
Thanks everyone, and great job on your sketches all. See you at the "Naked Truth"

Zeitwolf: Amazing concept and cool colors. Stone Henge was the prototype to todays PDA. Thankgoodness they've become lighter.
doomdragon: Beautiful characters. Later, they'll go bowling with that primitive animal's skull, then maybe watch some stone age game shows with the video screen recorder contraption. And If it weren't for the texturing trick, mine would smell even more. I do believe it's impossible to mask ineptitude, no matter how much imposto is applied. :banghead:
11th Door:  :applause: :bounce: Often times, after long layoffs from something you love doing, you come back with a vegeance, as evidence with your sketches posted so far. You are freakin' awesome! Any chance you have a figure perspective drawing tutorial in your magic hat? After three years, surely your subconscious is aching to brag about all it's vast, previously withdrawn knowledge. Future Sketch of the Weeker! :bounce:
etchysketchy: Wonderful ten minute sketch. Looks like the caveman will need to upgrade soon, as the harddrive is nearly full.
Amadeus001: Nice parody. If Neo-Ugh falls all the way over, though, the dynamics of his loin cloth may cause the Matrix to explode.
herOd: Awesome concept. 2002: A Space Caveman Intercepts Credit Cards from Another Dimension and buys 10,000 buckets of Fried Chicken from KFC Headquarters. Or merely destabalizes Giant Monolith, and becomes fossil. :applause:

I had a hard time coming up with the idea for this topic(also the naked truth one).
Photoshop + a little bit of Painter, Around 80 minutes.

Hehe, yes they will probably do. What do you mean by "smell even more"? It rocks. The look of that mammoth and the guys angered pose are too great. Don't talk your work down, I'm sure it would still be great without the texturing trick. ;)
And if that trick adds to the picture, why not use it.

pipichu: Awesome cave drawing. Looks like they invented Imposto looong ago. The caveman must be playing Worlds of Oxencraft online with his buddy in the next cave. Either that or the ox built the computer and the caveman is claiming it, just like he said he invented fire. :applause:
doomdragon: You rock sir! :bounce: I stone. No. Me pebble. You rock. :bounce: Many thanks for your kind words. Much appreciated. I attack my sketch, only to toughen it's exterior. It worked. And now it's happy. :bounce: As am I. :)
And I agree completely. Use the technique that's most enjoyable, by whatever means possible. Dan's Imposto trick is wonderful, and I love it, and am grateful he's unveiled for all to apply. :D

PixelFloss:  impressive twenty minute keyboard and vegetation. The biggest difficulty with a computer that runs on herb is that its so slooow, and keeps giving you the dialogue box, I don't know, man. :D

LOL for the comments you guys :)
ravioli_rancher: Man, Gates was stoned in a lame hotel when he wrote Windows 1.00 and made them to run on herb. So, ever since all windows versions need it to run.
Blue demo: Actually I never touched any of this but I know friends of mine that did and after a while they were totally $hitfaced.
