Hi All,
I am pleased to announce that Turbo Squid has just released three brand new training DVDs that are part of its Turbo Training collection and join Allan McKay's existing Advanced Visual Effects offering.
"ParticleFX for Film" - by Szymon Masiak covers more aspects of Particle Flow and foruses quite a bit on AfterBurn 3 techniques for creating all manner of smoke, clouds, explosions and more, and is a great compliment to Allan's title.
"Dave King's Creature Workshop Volume 1" - This is an in-depth poly-modeling DVD by David King (who I'm sure many have seen build creatures for Discreet/Autodesk Media & Entertainment at tradeshows like Siggraph in record time. This video is the first part of a 3-part series that will cover all aspects of character creation.
"Cloth Techniques" - by yours truly is designed to give users a better understanding of how cloth and clothfx can be used for creating clothing for your characters and has loads of tricks and techniques I learned from spending several days sitting with the developers (Size8 Software).
