however, I'm not really sure how to start the shape, at left you have polygon version(with max), separate in two piece (in real, that will me in three). At right, you have the spline object, the good one I think :

but!!! the problem appear when I want to modifie my spline object by addind a cricle shape on each side like the poly :

that really deform the smooth surface and all the shape.
I don't want conver this shape in poly to make a boleen operation,
if some body know a way to do that kind of mod pleake help me to grow up.
