CGTalk - Lowman in PLE?

anyone know why lowman wouldn't work in Maya 6.0PLE version. I have to use the PLE version for a couple weeks and can't get lowman to work. He's installed in the scripts folder and the .env file lines are added and user name changed but I can't get the shelf to load up. Just wondering so I don't drive myself nuts for no reason....

Hi, have you tried adding the shelf manualy by clicking the arrow button to the left of the shelf, and add new shelf?

yeah, i tried that, the shelf comes into maya and is labeled "lowman" but the boxes are all blank, the alt tags all work saying what each box does but there's nothing there and when i do click on it I think it says can't find file blah blah....
