I think that this is for the embedded space. Motorola is all but dead in the desktop realm. Especially with Apple FINALLY giving them and their lackluster performance processors the boot. After all Apple is moving to greenier pastures with IBM and the 970.

I agree with you, and I think Apple was too patient with Moto for it's own good...for ours too. IBM should help them make up for lost gorund though. Check out the PPC 970 thread i've just posted.
