Hi, I really need help with something.
If I make like tubes and some sort of fluid inside them, how do I make them glow very cool biomech colour?

Im like thinking this could be some kind of batteri thing for my robot but I have no idea how to make it. :(

What you want is to use a glow lume shader.
I suggest doing the liquid with a partical system, it'll be alot easier to control the animation.

This has been covered many of times before.... do a search for glowing rods or something like that (the one I am thinking of has 3 glowing rods, a green one a red one and a blue one). It isn't a liquid, but the glow effect would be the exact same.

By the way, I am with UNRAVELED on this one, doing it in post would be the easiest for me.

The material is the easy part of your equation imo. You should be more concerned with getting the liquid created.

Glowing objects:

Video post / Effects
Change material effects id to 1 and add glow from Effects or Video post to that effect id.

Self-Illumination
Standard material with self-illumination, doesn't affect environment unless:

GI
Make standard material with self-illumination OR material with overbright diffuse color and then enable GI from your renderer.

The best choise is to use all above.
