Hi all. I've finished GG's textures and gave her a cel and contour shader in Maya. She'd probably fit in an engine that supports contours, like whatever XIII is set in. But I may come back and do some different shaders on her later.

Hey all. My latest character is a young girl, weilding in a magical Gauntlet.
She's going to likely be textured in a pretty flat cartoony style.
Here's a reference image I drew:

it's a great charcter, but it kinda looks more like a young boy than a girl, somethin about the face, even the sketch, s' a good character though

If you want the character to look more feminine, make the chin pointed, kind of like a heart without the crease at the top. Also perhaps make the eyes a bit rounder and slightly anglur.

Otherwise, it's a good looking model. I like it. Going to texture it, rig and animate it?

Hi,

Just comparing the concept (like it btw) and the model and the gauntlet doesn't look as big. Beef it up and see if it works better.

Otherwise, looking good. Would be good to see what colours you intend her to have though - gold gauntlet with encrusted jewels springs to mind, but that's sooo cliche ;)
