THE SKETCH OF THE WEEK:Tell us what is your favorite sketches from Cat(394-400) (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?t=258935)

We will try to post one of these topics once a day for your enjoyment.

These are the rules:
* Post only your FINAL piece on this thread, based on the topic on the thread.
* RESOLUTION : The image can have any aspect ratio up to 800 x 600
* They can be done on any medium.
* If you wish, you can add a brief text description about your piece.
* Only original compositions. No "tributes" or plagiarizing, unless is it an integral part of the challenge.
* The topics will be posted every day between 10:00 - 12:00 am US EST.
* The artist also has to post total length of time it took (Thanks Clanger for the idea) and program used.
* Only final pieces can be posted on the thread. They must have been done AFTER the topic has been announced.
* Any piece caught breaking the rules will be taken off the thread.
* The topics will be picked at random from the list on this thread
(The author will be given credit). So guys keep them coming.
*You can add multiple entries, but please dont post WIP (Unless you intend to update them). NEW RULE!
* Ill post ANOTHER thread to quantify and track WHO has participated the most on these threads.

This is my first post. Found you guys yesterday and loved the idea, get the creativity flowing. I'm at work so I only have Windows Paint to use, but thought it was a fun topic, may the fat hog RIP.

This topic made me miss my deceased dog...

Here's mine. Photoshop + Painter. About 90 minutes. I tried to draw grass like xitemx did in his gnome pic. But it's hard. I also should learn how to paint clouds.:shrug:

pipichu (your name makes me flap my arms :shrug: ),

Beautiful colors and composition.
xitemx's fisheye grass was incredible, but needed everything to be bent and bloated to come across as unified, yet distored.

So, for this sketch, you could also give the main character elastic man legs and arms, and make the tail of the pig curl and enlarge into the foreground.

But, again, this sketch is great as it is. :applause:

Been a while since last time I posted, but I finally found the time to do some dabbling with my wacom......A couple of hours in Open Canvas and a little bit of Photoshop....
