The anatomy of the legs looks off. Judging from the first pic, it looks like her knees are pointed inwards at a pretty extreme angle, which is rather awkward.
In general, I'd suggest getting a couple references to use to check the proportions. There's a very strange mix in the build of the character going on; ex: extremely muscular legs, vs. what you have going on below the rib cage.

The best idea would be to post in 3d stills wip forum. The project is general and not really 3dmax based.
Lookin good though.

Whatauva, the lines in your model don't flow smoothly. Between two edges, the vertices seems as if they're jerked out of their path... Fix it and the model would be fine...

Looks like you were looking at 3 diffrent referance images when you were modeling this. I'd recomend using one consistant referance model in the realworld and duplicate it exactly in 3d. I'd use photographs for the anatomy.

i was using just one reference photo and was thinking to make her a litter muscular as a female warrior ( grundelboy )
I am trying hard to keep up but i know the is not bad for my first time and with ya i'll get better i n this 3d world .
more over, where i am from there is no 3d school and i don't even have friends the do 3d modeling , ya r the only friends that i have the do 3d .
i am trying to make her more smother but i realy don't understand what you mean cschandramouli cuase i am new 3d artist !sorry!
