Wa-Haa! I just finished playing through Paper Mario: the Thousand-Year Door (a fantastic game by the way! SO FUNNY!!) and so I was inspired to draw this picture while I was at work.

Maybe 2 hours of work total... It's funny but Mario was alot harder to draw than Luigi, but I think Luigi looks a little better...

Anyways, I hope y'all like it!~

What? Does everyone hate the Mario Bros. around here or something? I thought it was a pretty good drawing, they've got some good faces, and it's a somewhat unique approach to the characters. What's a guy got to do around here?... :arteest:

uhm, thanks Lissar. What what do you think of the drawing?

*sigh*

Well the drawing is silly too! You want an actual critique then? Well, I can't understand much of fanart myself (except when it's done in a completely different style, say... Mario and Luigi, girl manga style! That would be hilarious. Hmm... anyway.) And the proportions of things seems a little... what would be a good word? Wonky. Yes, I like that word. You did this with a mouse yes? I do like the lines though, better than anything I could do.

Mmmmmhmm *Pylon sits back in relief and satisfaction*

Oh, that feels so much better. I apologize over my little tantrum back there, but I was indeed feeling neglected. It was perhaps one of those "cries for attention".

Lissar, I tried to go for a unique approach to the characters. If you look up some Mario pictures I think you'll note that this drawing is a sort of fusion between Paper Mario & Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga.

Despite the fact that Superstar Sucka was totally mind-rot. It had a really nice art style on the cover of the box. I'd wished to incorporate more of the pastel and colors that they had used. But... I wanted to have this finished by the end of work.

Plus, I suck with colors on CG. I need to study up on Nebezials ongoing tutorial (mainly because his comments aren't any help :stickouttongue: )

Anyways, I'll blather on and on unless someone stops me, and then you'll all regret posting any replies at all

Thanks!
