Hi,
I'm fairly new to XSI so this question could be a little wierd, sorry for that ;)
What I'm trying to do is write a Softimage exporter for a program we are developing (program->Softimage). What I need to do is to convert a cloud of points to Softimage as reference. In other software packages it seemed to be alot faster to do this as a mesh with no edges, just showing the vertices instead of defining a model for each point.
Is there a way to define a Mesh in dotXSI with no triangles but showing the vertices as dots eg.?
XSI keeps crashing on me if i try to define something like this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Markus
