View Full Version : facial animation bones or morpher?

hi every body
i have created a character on 3dmax and was asking myself if it was better to use morphers or bones?
is it different for cartoon style characters and realstic characters?
i hope this question has not been posted too much times even if i suppose it has..

I like morphs, personally. If you don't already have it, the book Stop Staring by Jason Osipa is great reference for a morph base facial setup.
As for the specifics of 3DS Max I couldn't comment, but I'm sure either will be fairly easy to achieve.
