It is made by a friend of mine.

She asked me if I would post this drawing

i think she looks like Marilyn Monroe ... could it be that he used her as reference or at least had her in mind ?

That isn't usually a problem, almost everyone has one eye noticibly larger than the other. One nostril is usually slightly larger as well. Your friend did a good job, but she already knows that.
