Title: Mighty Ice
Name: Juha Nilsen
Country: Finland
Software: LightWave 3D

This is a scene where Titanic passed the deadly iceberg early in the evening. The weather was clear so Titanic slided pass it happily.
...But as we all know, this wasnīt what actually happened in 1912.

This illustration was achieved with Lightwave 8.2 and Photoshop. The whole process took only about 4 hours.

I hope you like it.

I like the interpretation, clearly an homage to the famous photomontage by Ralph Clevenger. (http://www.ralphclevenger.com/portfolio.php?directory=images/portfolio/conceptual&currentPic=4)Nice work

Wow, I love it. Very sharp colors, and very very moody. This would have been a much better advertisment for sure.

It is just my opinion, but in the future if you base a work so heavily on someone else's (the photographer in the case) you should cite the original artist. Also you could be in legal trouble with the photographer if you to do something similar for commercial use. Just a little advice. You work here is really is quite nice and I think it is a clever reinvention of the original idea.
