Great Job.

IMHO the skin tones could be better.

Any plans on rigging his face?
Animation would go great with his famous dialogs!!!

looks nice :) there are few things i like to point out... his nose and around his eyes... there must be some wrinkels around eyes... and his nose seems fatty :)
overall its good work..

nice wrk...but the model needs sum tweaking to define the proper shape..for example the nose looks almost cartoony....the goatee doesnt look right...the lips dont blend in at all...seems as if they were stuck on afterwards. did u model all the poly into this model?...because in looking at the model...it seems as if u modeled it low poly and hit "smooth". Maybe u didnt but thats wot it looks like...any chance of seeing this model with no texture or a wireframe?...then we can go into more depth with how u modeled it and c where u modeled detail...but rite now the things that make this model look like him are the texture and hair plug-in...the mesh itself needs some tweaking to become better. also...wot's the poly count on this head??

but still...nice wrk!

it is very close to original juz a one crits that........ his nose is big here.
