KURV studios would like to announce that we have added three Digital Fusion training videos from Emmy Award winning VFX artist Fred Pienkos to our already massive list of free tutorials.
While these videos are on DFX 4, they will still apply to version 5 when it is released.
Fred Pienkos, having started his career in 1993 working in Video Games and Commercial Animation in Chicago, Fred Pienkos has covered many corners of the industry. Moving to Santa Monica in 1999 to pursue work in Film and Television working for Digital Muse, and then helping form EdenFX in Hollywood, he continued to work on television shows such as X-Files, Star Trek Voyager, 7 Days, Star Trek Enterprise, The Amazing Race, Haunted, Six Feet Under, and Alias, the features Star Trek Nemsis and Hellboy as well as music videos for Janet Jackson, & Aerosmith.
Fred continues to work as a CGI Artist & Compositor at EdenFX where we was nominated and awarded a 2004 Emmy Award for his work on Star Trek Enterprise, as well as a 2005 VES Award.
