hey guys, I was just wondering. How come the command module and the animate module (mode) differ so much in speed? I have a rig here with over 280 expressions, and it tends to jerk a little in command mode, but in animate mode it runs close to real time. I thought command and animate mode calculated the same things, so they should run just as fast right?

It's not a complaint or anything, I just think it's....perculiar :)

Are you in debug mode? That is supposed to be slower.

But maybe there is more "checking" going on when in command mode?
I haven't noticed this though.
