Holy cow!! My fingers hurt! I don't usually draw a cartoonish style-- ever-- but for some reason this just came flying out of my tablet like I was on crack! Probably about 1 hr or so, Photoshop 7 with a Volito.

I done did this here mud slapper in Deep Paint 2 ('cause its free) and then color corrected its smelly rump in PhoteeShop, (which done cost me a whole barrel of beer) in 'bout . . . well, hellfire. . . I can't rightly tell time, so I'd guess, 'bout two hours. Maybe less. Stupid clocks are a buncha liars!


Nice work to all. Swizzles parasitic bird, and Kieronh's mini fire fighters are particularly slick.

Also, erliaz's monkey reminds me of the day I bit a scientist, darted between his boney, kakhi legs, and hitched a ride on the tail pipe of a salt truck to a nearby swamp, where I now live in the trees with my hydrogen powered PDA, and a family of yellow termites (they let me eat some of their kids in return for my defensive monkey hoooting.) :bounce:

Here's mine. Probably the most dead-end job ever...I think. Photoshop as usual. About an hour. Most of the time were spent on the fish. Too lazy and tired to find reference.

Hey guys/gals,

Not sure if the thread has died and all the artists have moved on but...

Got an idea if any artists could put it onto canvas. Think a huge hawaiin Chief being carried by a bunch of tall brawny types on typical bamboo, four-pronged throne and there being a stand-in short guy front middle with all the weight on him, with a straining face while overtop there's this jolly chiefton.

Even if nobody takes on the idea, props to all the artists on here, joined a month ago and am always mightily impressed by all the artists. My photoshop skills tend to be limited to signatures and avatars for forums.
