thicken up the bridge of the nose a bit. the jaw bone doesn't flow correctly into the neck. soften the area around and under the eyes. the cheek bones seem a little flat. The back of the head should flow into the neck a little smoother.

over all it's a good start. there is a lot of tweeking you will have to go through before you start getting more possitive replys. Your first head is far better than my first back in the day. I still have a hard time getting heads looking good. My advise is to study up more on human anatomy and look at massive amounts of reference material. Even looking through the 3d stills gallery here at cgtalk will help you get a good idea of how the pros are doing heads. good luck with this. It will get better each time you start a new one. keep posting your progress.

Alrighty. Lets see. Nose looks very thin from the front. Eye shape looks very round, should be shaped like an africain zulu shield. The indents on the side of his mouth look very unnatural. The chin looks very wide. If you want a larger chin that Batman might have, I'd square it off more rather than widening it. The gap between the nose and mouth should be less than the gap between his mouth and his chin. I also find it kind of weird how his jaw protudes out just below his now line. If you're going for the jaw muscles like Brad Pitt has I believe they should be higher. I'd define the upper lip a bit more. Side view is looking pretty good, except for the chin being a bit too sharp. Hope this all helps you out. Lots of potential, keep coming with the updates.
