Looks alrite. The arms seem to be quite short and the head quite big. If this is where you're going to, no complains, but if not, correct them :)

I would have to agree with Erikoinen, the arms seem far too short for the character. She could barely scratch her rear end even if she tried really hard! :D

Also want to add her breasts are too close together. A women's breasts should be more of a \ / then a || in regards to the general direction they point. Never (both) straight forward. :)

Nice style you have, I like how you did the muscles on the arms.

Breasts are sort of comet-shaped: the bulk of the breast lies in front, but it is also attached by a 'tail' bit to a spot on the side of the upper arm. So really, if she raises her arms like that then it would affect their position a lot more than it does now. Generally unless they're being restricted by a corset or whatever, they point slightly away from each other.

Hope it helps and goodluck with this!

That's already so much better!

I like your line quality and the swoop of her body forms. I think though, that her left leg (our right) is ambiguous as far as where it is. I think if it's supposed to be placed out in front of her (as logically it has to be, according to the way her hip is drawn) then it needs to be lower on the page than her right leg.
