Hello all, the Urban Terror modification team (Silicon Ice Development) has formed a new entity, Frozen Sand, LLC.

Our goal is to expand the development of Urban Terror, therefore we're expanding our core team as well, we're recruiting for the following positions:

1. Character modeler.



Experience with both low poly and high poly modeling.
Bonus points for experience with Doom3 or HalfLife2 modeling.
2. Animator.


Skeletal animation experience.
Ability to animate human figures, typical first person shooter set of player animations.
Bonus points for keyframing ability and in view hands/weapons animation experience.
3. Map objects modeler.


Ability to produce a clean mesh at multiple LODs.
Texture making is a plus.
4. Texture artist.


Experience producing bump maps, specular maps.
Experience with 3d studio max and radiant a plus.
5. Concept artist.


Human characters and environments.
Not limited to a certain style, can produce quick line art and full colour pieces.
6. Sound effects and music.


Weapon sound effects, ambient sound effects.
Bonus points for ability to compose music tracks.
7. Mappers.


Experience with radiant.
Experience with 3d studio max a plus.
8. Skinners.


Proficient in Photoshop.
Experience with 3d studio max a plus.

We have recruited for all positions except the character modeler and concept artist positions.

Here is the revised list:

1. Character modeler.




Experience with both low poly and high poly modeling.
