i had animated a robot and (by a mistake) key framed it in the wrong order (backwards)
is there any way to flip the keyframes order or i need to animate it all over again (i hope not)?

No need to re-animate.

Go to the IPO window, press K so that all the keyframes are displayed as a vertical line, and just move the vertical lines sideways, untill they are ordered the way you want them.

By the way, if the whole animation is correct, and the only problem is that it is on reverse, you might as well leave it like that!

Just add a time IPO and reverse the starting and ending values of the IPO, that will cause the whole animation to play backwards, that is the righ way for your situation.

i'll try it in a few minutes.

EDIT: the time ipo solved it, thanks!!!

ww.ourmedia.org has a pretty functional setup for hosting animations.
