just some suggestions, dont take it personal and no offense intended:
in the modeling and lighting part, you used quite a few free downloadable models, you should say that those models arent yours. someone who knows about the free stuff which is available all over the net, might think that you are trying to push your skills.
in the animation part, i would just show the walk cycle, the other two scenes arent very special - only put the best stuff in your reel.
the first scene in your rigging part looks exactly like the sample scene from sergio mucino, use it in a character and skin it - that would be much better then just simply show the result of a tutorial. and the last part is too long, you are showing two minutes how to manipulate the rig, only show the best stuff... ;)
once again, those things came into my mind when watching it, no offense intended...

Olli96, your comments are correct!!!:) You don't offend me. I like read comment from my CG friends
I'm engineer and i do this animation and rig in my free time. My very job is plan building and rendering. in fact i study the free model for make my rig. There aren't professional book for max and the only way for learn rig is observe the job of other people. But, when i will go in blur studio i will post my personal rig :scream: . For now, this is my little contribution of GC comunity. sorry for my english...
