really terrific work man
I love the painterly style of it, not just another comic coloring job, but a really good paint job!!!
looks great
but that gun is about the size of a car engine, looks cool, probably not too practical though!

Thanks guys!!
Najd: The 20% is the time it takes to figure out how not to overdo it:-))
After a while I get kind of blind.....and start do render out stuff that need not to be render thus creating a less interesting picture..

it is an awsome illustration, but the face seems to be a different tone that the arm maybe darken that up a bit...
GREAT WORK!

nice drawing, but the legs are a little off. the knee pad of the leg furthest from us is lower than the one nearest, yet his foot is (rightly) higher. Also the perspective on the foot nearest to us is a little flattening.
other than that nice work, hope this helps!

man! jus love your style! :D post more please!
Hi pigbelly, I saw this recently (either from eatpoo, conceptart or your website) but don't remember where. Glad you posted it here ... it's really great stuff. The only thing that strikes me as weird about this is the way that the pulley system and the gun don't seem to line up properly. The pulley hangs over his right shoulder, but his trigger arm is his left.
Doesn't make sense. If that pulley is there to help hold the weight of the gun, it should be on the same side. Also, it looks like it would only be effective for up and down movement, not side to side. I'd probably just get rid of the whole thing because if you rebuild it over his left shoulder, you'd cover his face.
Still ... it's fantastic work! 5 stars for technique

It’s a problem that will be fixed when I model him, I hope:-))
You are of course right but I think I can fix it believably without
changing the Concept too much!

Hi Tommie. Nice work on that character (seen It uncoloured earlier from a friend of my'n -John Wallin Liberto...or Flushen as we say here at starbreeze...I believe U worked together earlier). I liked the colouring as well it's neat. Also like the level of detail...always good for the one who is going to model the thing afterwords. =)
Maybe you can see the last image that posted and pass an opinion?

I missed the post, it was removed before I could witness “the horror”!
But hey! It must have been a mistake, maybe he posted the wrong picture or something?? Don’t you think?
If it wasn’t a mistake then I can only feel sorry for the poor sod!

Wow! That's tight! Very Simon Beisley...
I wish his jaw was a little more square though... maybe a little of an underbite, and cocked slightly to the left or right for that gritty marine feeling...
