Here's something I did a while ago.
An art test that I did revisit to pose and finetune
the textures. Would love to hear some crits on it! :)
The model wheights at 2280 polys.. :P

bump maps, kewl i love you for that, i can't se any more that normal mapped game models. i don't know maybe iam jealous that my old dumpy grafic card can't compute normal maps.
the model looks very kewl, and the face is impressive, he got much character (hm, i don't wether it is right, i hope you understand what i mean ;) ), but he don't look realistic, i don't know why, the proportions are realistic so far.
i think the texture is too clean, some more dirt here and there maybe could fix that problem.

nice work but might I suggest opening up the color map to some variations I think there is took much of the same color.
other than that I like.
Yeah I should add more variation to the clothes. and dirten it up a little.. :P..

The clothes are perhaps a little too baggy, but there are these really distinct folds that imprint themselves all over. They don't seem to really be "flowing" too well in some spots, most notably the forearm and bicep of the right arm there on the left shot. The thumb also looks like it might be slightly wonky. Also, maybe his hairline as well. I do rather like the face though. Keep at it.

hmmm cut the bumpmaps, they look really ugly, they are destroying the whole look.
like hypercal said the clothes look way to baggy and the issue of the correct folds. Look for points of tention and draw the folds according how they would fold with theese points.
Like the folds on the ammopouches. Very random and they make no sense.
The way you painted your diffuse map is actaully more of a diffuse map for a normalmapped model than for a model that uses bumpmaps.
Other than that his overall stature seems fine. He has good potential,
keep going :)
